Using your in-network benefits couldn’t be easier! Enjoy the convenience of buying your eyewear online while getting the best value from your Eyetopia benefits. We offer your favorite brands of Contact Lenses and an extensive line of the most fashionable Glasses. Once your order is verified and shipped, we will process your claim for you. You will receive a reimbursement payment based on your plan benefits. The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used to pay for your order. No forms to fill out, no claim to upload, no check to deposit…we do it all for you.
Orders
Place your order, and we will handle the rest! Simply select your Contact Lenses or Glassesand choose the Use My Insurance option for $5.99 to begin processing your Eyetopia claim. Claims will only be processed if this option is selected. All associated claim fees will be refunded in full with your reimbursement. To process your order, you may upload a copy of your prescription to the order or opt to have us contact your eye care provider to verify your prescription. We will take care of your order quickly and accurately with our knowledgeable vision staff. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information by email.
