I have had zero correspondence on my order, which by the way has not arrived. I know some companies can overload customers with updates, but none is also concerning. So I finally logged in a few times, once where it stated my order was backordered and then a few days later it appeared the order was shipped. Knowing items such as this are on backorder is important to convey to customers. Hope my order arrives soon.
