It took a little effort to get past the site wanting to re-order the former lenses I wore to order this new kind. As I looked around the website, I entered my insurance information and it created a freestanding order for the fee, no lenses attached to the insurance. It was ultimately refunded but no insurance was used on my lens order.

Asked to check out before I could confirm prescription was correct

Already stated my dissatisfaction with the ordering process. I was told I couldn't order because my prescription was expired (it wasn't). Now my package is lost?? And no solution has been given, I'm just charged for products I didn't receive.
